DTM uses Rackspace as a cloud-based solution, which means there is nothing to install, no servers to maintain, and we’ve taken definitive measures to ensure the security of sensitive information. We offer a complete software program incorporating all of the modules required for data management, billing utilities, random selection drug testing, DOT MIS reports and a range of tools to manage a consortium of clients. Our client web portal is organized through worksheets and pop-up reminders for instant updates on results.


There’s no log-in requirement as access can be set up via a secure username and password. Our clients can choose to receive their secure results by email or fax. With appropriate technology on the client side the system has the capabilities to upload into your system via xml, json or pdf.

Data Import: Ability to integrate with data from many other programs to enable report management, test result generation, and printing.

Batch processing: Jobs are set up so they can be run to completion;time-saving administration with automatic release of results to MRO.

Data Storage: Unlimited storage of data. Records and statistics can be imported and stored on our system permanently.

Record Management: Critical data relating to donor contact, frequency of contact, dialogue,and prescription information are some the many features available.

Random Selection: Employees can be randomly chosen by pre-defined categories such as job title, company name, and location. All of the factors that control random selection drug testing are recorded on the system.

Tracking & Reporting: The system monitors and tracks all activity, runs and prints a range of reports, and organizes all positive and negative results including statistical and MIS for DOT compliance.

Billing Utilities: This feature incorporates a variety of options including the ability to calculate pricing, organize fees, edit billing information and generate invoices for user specified time periods.

Customization & Branding: Access results with your company's logo, color scheme and theme on a custom designed page.
