What is the storage capacity of DTM’s software?
DTM uses Rackspace as a cloud-based solution, therefore capacity is unlimited.
Is my data safe & secure?
All the security for your data is backed-up and secured by Rackspace. Rackspace uses 2048 bit encryption keys, dedicated firewalls, back-up and monitoring.
Can I buy DTM’s software on per user or per test basis?
DTM has two business models for your convenience.
1) Use DTM’s hardware, software and client interfaces on per test basis or monthly subscription.
2) DTM’s program is available for purchase. If you choose to purchase our drug testing program you will need to provide
your own hardware, back-upand security, and install the software on your own server.
What are the hours and turnaround time for technical support?
A member of our technical support team will contact you within 2 hours to help you resolve any issue you encounter relating to DTM’s software. We have technical support on both the east and west coast to ensure that we are available.
How often do program updates go out and do they notify customers?
Program updates are released in line with any important changes that take place. You will be notified of all updates. All updates to our system are free of charge. We want you to have the latest and greatest version available.
How customizable is DTM’s testing system?
DTM’s entire system is built with style sheets and custom tables.
Clients can choose all of the relevant fieldsthat best suityour needs or job description on initial setup. Each user within your organization can be setup with customized screens
Is there a guarantee of satisfaction with DTM’s software?
If you are not completely satisfied with DTM’s program you may discontinue your service with a 30 day cancellation notice. The 30 days is for your benefit so that your company’s data can be transferred into your new software.
What is your billing process?
Billing is conducted on a monthly basis.
1) Invoice can be transmitted electronically via password-protected documents.
2) Simply log into your account to print off your billing.
3) Traditional Invoicing method via USPS.
Do you provide training?
On initial setup of our drug testing program a member of our team will contact you to determine what formats you are currently using. There are generic tables and reports that are available to get you started. Once you review the tables and reports a team member will work with you to customize your layouts and reports to best suit your needs. We will then arrange an appointment to conduct training with your staff.During training we provide each employee with a manual for using the system that includes screen shots and step-by-step instructions to refer back to.
Is there a charge for training our employees on how to use DTM’s software?
There is no charge for initial training. We promise to get you started with everything you need.
